Refund policy

RICHE New York accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. 
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. 
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
